Below are the requirements to register as a driver affiliated with IRFLEX.
General Requirements
- Over 21 years old (minimum legal age in Colombia)
- Proven driving experience (ideally ≥ 1 year)
- Valid citizenship ID (scanned or photo)
- Valid Colombian driver’s license (type B or higher)
- Own vehicle in good condition
- 4-door: model year 2000 or newer
- 2-door: model year 2006 or newer
- Android/iOS smartphone (version 8.0+, minimum 2 GB RAM, GPS enabled)
- Active bank account in your name
- Digital wallet (optional) – greater financial flexibility
Vehicle Requirements by Type
- 4-door car: model year 2000 or newer, in good condition
- 2-door car: model year 2006 or newer, in overall good condition
- Motorcycle: valid SOAT, mandatory helmet, visible license plate
- Minivan/Family car: space for 5 passengers, rear seatbelts
- Economy/Classic: model year 2000 or newer, functional
- Luxury/Premium: 8 years old or newer, impeccable interior, extras (water, USB, etc.)
Additional Documentation
- Valid SOAT copy
- Copy of the vehicle inspection certificate (if applicable)
- Photo of the vehicle (front, back, both sides)
- Vehicle registration certificate
- Photo of the driver with ID in front of the vehicle
